This year marks a milestone for AOIC, as we celebrate our 25th year in medical and scientific communications. As part of our anniversary celebration, we are kicking off a quarterly update to share with all of you who have made this anniversary possible.

From pioneering medical education video programs to developing engaging solutions to our clients’ publication challenges, AOIC’s team partners with numerous biopharma and nonprofit organizations to deliver innovative and impactful initiatives. As we look ahead, we remain committed to advancing medical and scientific communications in an ever-changing landscape, guided by the same values of integrity, collaboration, and innovation that have shaped our journey.

This summer, AOIC teamed up with CIC Philadelphia for Publishing with Purpose: How to Leverage Data at Every Stage from Discovery to Post-Market. This discussion unpacked how to plan smart data strategies, tailor publications at every stage of development, and steer clear of common pitfalls.

AOIC recently worked with a group of Drexel University students from the College of Computing & Informatics on developing an AI tool to potentially streamline medical writing.

In April, Tammy L. Dempsey became AOIC’s Chief Operating Officer. Tammy has more than 30 years of experience working with US and global biopharmaceutical, biomedical, and nonprofit organizations. She took a quick break from her new role to share her insights with us.
