Account Manager (AM)
The AOIC Account Manager (AM) is a results-driven marketing professional who is responsible for developing relationships with key publications and medical communications clients and working with project management to deliver quality products within developed budgets and timelines. Successful AM team members demonstrate leadership, client development, team collaboration, sales, and strategic marketing development in a fast-paced environment.

Client Service Manager (CSM)
The AOIC Client Service Manager (CSM) assumes the overall responsibility for sold publications and medical communications projects and drives the tactical execution of those projects. Client and team (both internal and external) communication, timeline and budget management, and team direction and leadership are essential to deliver products that meet AOIC quality standards. CSMs identify important and critical issues in the context of overall priorities, organize detailed work, meet deadlines, multitask, and successfully function within a fast-paced team setting.

Medical Copy Editor (Part-time/Freelance)
The AOIC Medical Copy Editor is a detail-oriented team player who ensures the editorial quality of all (primarily oncology-focused) projects. The successful candidate will perform copyediting of different types of projects including letters, e-mails, web postings, manuscripts, transcripts, brochures, and slides following in-house style guides and the AMA style manual. The successful candidate will also proofread, perform fact checks, and maintain the internal reference library.


Non-Profit Communications

Successful AM team members demonstrate leadership, client development, team collaboration, sales, and strategic marketing development in a fast-paced environment.
